Empowering Public Health Engineers Across Assam
The Assam Public Health Engineers Association (APHEA) unites engineering cadres across State Headquarters, Zonal Offices, Circle Establishments, Divisions, and Sub-divisions. From the flood-prone riverine tracts of the Brahmaputra to the rugged hill frontiers of Dima Hasao and Karbi Anglong, APHEA engineers plan, design, and manage Assam's most critical public health lifelines.
Through technical conventions, cadre welfare advocacy, and continuous professional training, the Association maintains the highest standards in drinking water quality surveillance, arsenic/iron mitigation, and environmental sanitation.
